Cottages at Wells Branch has been a good experience for me personally, I have lived in the complex for a year and have no complaints. Zandra and Nicole have been very helpful with any questions or concerns I have had and I always feel welcomed and part of the family when I go to the front desk for anything I need.

I have lived at The Cottages for almost 5 years and I've always had a more than pleasant experience with the office and maintenance staff. They handle every question or situation I've ever had swiftly and professionally. I truly enjoy living at this awesome property and the upgrades happening around the Cottages community are an added bonus!
