The cottages at Wells Branch is the best apartment living that I’ve experienced so far. Office is quick to respond And maintenance usually is resolved within a day if not sooner.

Cottages was our best living experience in the U.S so far! We lived there for 13 months and for some reasons we had to move out, but we loved everything here. The staff are professional and kind, they help You however they can with a warm smile on their face. The maintenance response is fast and they do a thorough job. I highly recommend living here. Easy 5 stars for them!
